Seminar: Boundless Visions (2011)
I wanted to create a socially orientated AR application. The idea is to give the possibility to people living far away from each other to spend moments of everyday life together.
The principle is simple: someone invites her friend to join her in her flat. Both persons are constantly scanned in real-time and virtually arrive for instance at the other place's bed or sofa together some piece their furniture. I liked to study how the different elements mixed up and wanted to keep the "glitch artifacts" that would probably occur while using this application.
