For three months I worked with an aquarium and many types of fishes. I spend a lot of time in zoo shops to buy everything for holding fishes. After that I filmed the fishes from the top and processed the video in Cinema 4D. With the help of the displacer transformer I could translate the videos to 3D objects that map pixel brightness to the vertical translation of vertices. After that, I created a camera movement through the generated geometry. Eventually, I rendered the 5 minutes movie and projected it back on an aquarium.
